Vanke City Garden Sales Center: A Modern Interpretation of European Architecture

Percept Design's Award-Winning Project Blends Industrial and Natural Elements

The Vanke City Garden Sales Center, located in Foshan, China, spans approximately 430 square meters. The project commenced in February 2018 and reached completion in June of the same year. The design team, led by Mr. SiTu Xi, faced the challenge of integrating different traditional spatial scales and developing custom furniture and art to complement the space.

The unique properties of this design lie in its blend of industrial and natural elements. The iron roof truss exudes an industrial retro feel, while the spire roof reflects the charm of European architectural style. The facade of the main entrance enhances the sense of ritual and creates a towering image, embodying the artistic change of industrial space.

The design realization technology involved customized R&D and production, creating artwork on the spot based on spatial experience. The large and spacious space is built to make the atmosphere of freedom reverberate. The addition of lighting glass makes the overall atmosphere close to nature, and the integration of gardening green plants gives people a natural atmosphere.

Percept Design's approach to this project is a modern interpretation of European architectural style. The overall composition and proportions align with the “Golden Section” ratio. The integration of natural elements evokes the “Monet Garden” of everyone's heart, making the natural immersion feel like sitting in a big garden.

The Vanke City Garden Sales Center was awarded Silver in A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2019. This prestigious accolade is rewarded to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that illustrate outstanding expertise and innovation. These designs, admired for their strong technical characteristics and splendid artistic skill, showcase a remarkable level of excellence and introduce positive feelings, amazement, and wonder.
